• Original packaging should be included where provided.
• Tags and protective films should remain intact where applicable.
• All included components should be returned together.

Jewelry considerations

Hygiene-related restrictions may apply to earrings and certain worn jewelry where permitted by law. Ring-size exchanges depend on condition, stock availability and eligibility.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact support promptly with your order reference and clear photographs. Damaged, incorrect or missing items follow a separate support process.

Fees

Restocking fees are not enabled by default. Return shipping responsibility may vary by reason and will be confirmed during the request.
